Important information before your appointment

Policies

Please read and respect the following booking, deposit and cancellation policies.

Booking & deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the appointment.

Punctuality & late arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the required notice period.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
  • Please inform us beforehand if you do not wish to be photographed.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: EFT.
  • Full payment must be completed before leaving.

Service refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in cases of:

  • Disrespectful behaviour
  • Late arrival beyond grace period
